DATAKOM SMPS 1210-FLYBACK Series are fixed-output voltages, limited-current lead-acid battery chargers designed specifically for use in gensets. Thanks to their continuous DC outputs they may also be used in a range of industrial applications where DC is required.
Chargers are designed for permanent connection of batteries that begin with the genset. When the battery voltage is below the charge level, the charger provides a constant current, almost equal to the rated output current that allows for the rapid recovery of the missing charger. When the battery voltage reaches the float level, the charger goes into a constant charge state of voltage and leaves the battery fully charged, providing maximum battery life, without overcharging or the gas
