Fuel Filtration Systems
The Danger of Modern Diesel: Why Is Your Critical Equipment in Danger?
Modern diesel has undergone a significant change in its chemical composition to meet environmental standards. This change has made it much more sensitive to the effects of time and environmental conditions. Without regular and proper maintenance, the quality of the fuel can deteriorate significantly as early as 3 months. The Result: The accumulation of contaminants, the development of bacteria and water in the tank, blockages in the filters, damage to the injection systems – and ultimately, engine failures and extremely costly damage to your most critical backup equipment.
The Advantage of G.R.Y.N Generators: An End-to-End Solution
Unlike other companies in the market,G.R.Y.N Generators We are our own contractors – which guarantees you a single, professional and reliable address throughout the entire process. We provide a complete package that includes fuel systems and underground tanks that we produce ourselves in our factory. Our full control over the manufacturing and installation process ensures a perfect fit to your needs, strict quality control, and proven reliability over the years.
Our Advanced Filtration System: Automatic Fuel Maintenance
To protect your fuel systems and generators, we have developed an advanced filtration system that provides automatic maintenance of the fuel, preventing the development of rust and pollution, and ensuring significant savings in long-term maintenance costs.
Performance and filtering capabilities:
- Dual Depth Filtering: The system includes a two-stage filtration that combines water separation and fine depth filtration.
- Particle Therapy: Removal of solid and partially solid particles up to a size of 1 micron.
- Drying the fuel: Removal of 99.97% of the water (free and melted water) to the level of 50 ppm.
- Biological protection: The system completely removes and eliminates biological crops and bacteria in the fuel tank.
Operational and technical advantages:
- Intelligent and automated system: The system operates fully automatically and includes a building control (BMS) connection. It is able to transmit alerts about fuel failures or deviations directly to the customer or the building management station.
- Huge cost savings: Eliminating the need for periodic cleaning of the tank and replacing the diesel, and keeps the fuel fresh, clean and ready for use at all times.
- Protect critical equipment: Protects the engine from failures caused by contaminated fuel and ensures immediate preparedness for emergency operation.
- Installation flexibility:
- Designed for installation on tanks with a volume of 2,000 liters and up to 500,000 liters.
- One system can be connected to two nearby tanks.
- The system can also be used as a mobile system as needed.
